is INFINITE CAMPUS? |

Infinite Campus is a record-keeping program to keep student
information. It allows both students and their parent/guardians
access to data such as attendance and grades. You may
also view your student’s current class schedule
and assignments. |
| How
do I access INFINITE CAMPUS? |
| |
•
Log on to the SJEA webpage at www.sanjose-edison.com.
Click on the Infiniate Campus link found towards the center
of the homepage. First time users follow the Parent Portal
Letter directions. After a successful first time login
and for all returning users, simply click on “Infinite
Campus Login”. Remember, you will be automatically
logged off if you leave the Infinite Campus website inactive
for 15 minutes.

Students - Students in grades 4-8 are provided their own
personal password set to access Infinite Campus. All students
are trained on how to use the system and are encouraged
to monitor their grades as frequently as possible. Weekly
grade checks are encouraged. Students may access the IC
student portal from the home page of the SJEA website. |

Parent/Guardians - It is strongly encouraged that all
SJEA Parents have an IC Parent Account. If you do not
already have a parent account, please contact Ms. Palos
to set up an appointment. Parent accounts must be picked
up in person and photo ID is required. Ms. Palos can be
reached at x4007, claudia.palos@sjea..edisonlearning.com. |

forgot my password? |

Both students and parent/guardians should contact Ms.
Palos at x4007. For security reasons photo ID may be required
to attain information, on a few occassions this may be
done via telephone by answering a set of questions. |
| I
tried to login but my account has been disabled. What
do I do? |
| |
•
After 3 unsuccessful logins, Infinite Campus will disable
your account. Contact Ms. Palos at x4007 or Mr. Cabrera
at x4008 to have your account re-activated. |
| Can
anyone else see my attendance, grades, etc? |
| |
•
Keep your username and password safe. If you think someone
else knows your username or password, contact Ms. Palos
at x4007 or Mr. Cabrera at x4008 to have it reset. All
attempts at logging into the system are recorded and monitored.
A full audit trail is tracked on sensitive data. |
| Can
I save the Infinite Campus website as one of my favorites? |
| |
•
It is best not to add the Campus website to your favorites.
The address can change frequently which may result in
your favorite not displaying the Campus web page. By going
to the SJEA website at www.sanjose-edison.com and clicking
on “Infinite Campus" you will login to the
correct Campus interface. |

I stop my username and password from being automatically
entered into the Campus login area when logging on? |

Window PC Users: (Turn off your Auto Complete)

1.
On your browser toolbar go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS,
CONTENT TAB.
2. Click the AUTO COMPLETE button. Only the top box
should be checked.
3. Click the CLEAR FORMS button and then OK.
4. Click on the CLEAR PASSWORDS button and then OK.

AUTOFILL, FORMS AUTO COMPLETE.
2. Select DISABLED and then click OK.
